Deji is the Managing and Senior Partner of our firm with over 20 years’ experience in private client work, specialising in Housing, Landlord & Tenant, Immigration, Personal Injury and International Commercial Transactions and Business Law.
Deji has been working in these areas since he qualified and has helped thousands of families and individuals with his wealth of legal experience, such as assisting to successfully overturn an appeal at the Court of Appeal on the matter of Williams v Central Bank of Nigeria, with regards to a Chancery matter relating to Breach of Trust – further details can be found here.
Deji is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Rachel is a United Kingdom qualified solicitor as well as New York Attorney. Her areas of experience include Commercial, Litigation, Employment Law, Bankruptcy, Products Liability, Occupational Diseases, and Environmental law. Rachel is accomplished in organising and managing complex litigation cases with superior client facing skills.
Rachel’s experience covers commercial litigation, experience which she started gaining in her days as a New York Attorney with firms such as McMahon Martine & Gallagher between 1993-2000. Here she participated in the World Trade Centre asbestos contamination litigation, along with a successful motion practised resulting in the dismissal of $40 million dollar asbestos related property damage claim against a major construction management firm. Rachel joined Alfred James & Co Solicitors as an Associate Solicitor in 2005 and became a Partner in 2010

Adebayo qualified as a solicitor in 2002. He obtained his master’s degree (LLM) from Kings College University in London (1989). Adebayo currently specialises in property law (Residential and Commercial) with his experience in the same spanning over 13 years. Alex works as a Consultant Solicitor for the firm and he specialises in family, immigration and criminal matters. In relation to family matters, Alex has vast experience in divorce proceedings, child arrangement matters and financial matters arising from divorce proceedings. Alex also undertakes advocacy work and he represents clients in all court matters hence there is the added advantage of him representing clients on a matter that he is very familiar with. Alex also has vast experience in all aspect of domestic violence matters including non-molestation orders, occupation orders and all domestic related issues.
Alex is a member of Resolution, an organisation that encourages constructive resolution of family disputes.
Now turning to immigration matters, Alex has impressive experience in asylum, immigration and Nationality matters. Alex also deals with Corporate & Business Immigration. Siraney has 7 years’ experience working as a Immigration Case Worker, and 4 years’ experience in Family Law. She obtained her LLB at the university of Essex in 2012 and completed her Legal Practice Course in 2015 at the University of Law. She speaks French and Tamil fluently.
