The Civil Litigation department is primarily based at our head office in Croydon but we can arrange for our lawyers to attend at any branch office convenient  to our clients; indeed, home visits may also be arranged if appropriate.

Civil Litigation work is extremely varied but in its simplest form, it normally results from disputes arising from another person's negligence.

We are also able to offer mediation to settle disputes. This is a voluntary, confidential process that uses a neutral third party to help the parties in dispute to come to a mutual agreement without having to go to court. It is much quicker and less costly than the court process.

We are always ready to help and even weekend visits in respect of urgent matters can be arranged.
